JUNIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER

We’re looking to recruit a junior operations manager to oversee and implement daily organizational activities. The successful candidate will help maintain daily operational efficiency and effectiveness to help the brand achieve cost targets whilst meeting client and customer expectations. If you’re proactive, driven, organized, and desire to work at a place where no two days are the same, we’d love to connect with you!

THE ROLE WILL ENTAIL:

• Analyzing the current system of operations to check it’s effective, and working out a strategy for improving if necessary
• Taking decisions on matters relating to the day to day operation within the defined work area including effective and strategic planning of resources and costs
• Liaising with team to ensure all logistics and admin requirements are met and completed
• Preparing reports of sales, expenses to analyze financials using accounting software, Xero
• Building and Maintaining relationships with customers
• Overseeing and Following up on retailer payments
• Ensuring that invoices, purchase orders associated with all accounts are met timely and efficiently

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum one year experience in Logistics/Admin
• Must have can do attitude
• Must be willing to do cross-functional work
• Numerical skills
• Microsoft Office skills are a must
• Basic Accounting Knowledge/Skills
• Deadline oriented

 


SALES MANAGER

We’re looking to recruit a sales manager to expand our existing business operations. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers/retailers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way with the retailer. Applicant must be proactive, driven, organized, and desire to work at a place where no two days are the same.

 THE SALE MANAGER ROLE WILL ENTAIL:

• Create sales targets after creating reports and analyzing existing sales with retailers
• Strengthening existing relationships with retailers and working with them to increase exposure
• Analyzing business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Maintaining relationships with existing retailers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Creating and overseeing UK sales team
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
• Producing sales reports for all accounts
• Regularly following up on inbound leads and sales inquiries
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum one year experience in Sales in the Luxury Goods Industry
• Must have can do attitude
• Must be willing to do cross-functional work
• Should be okay with travelling
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness
• Basic accounting knowledge/skills to work with accounting software, Xero
• Numerical skills
• Microsoft Office skills are a must
