We’re a fast-growing premium skincare brand looking to recruit a full-time Sales and Wholesale Ops Administrator to support our global retailers. Experience in working closely with retailers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and support their growth is essential.
You will report into our Sales & Operations Manager. So, if you’re proactive, driven, organised, with a desire to work at a place where no two days are the same, we’d love to meet you!
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders through our OMS
- Ensure internal delivery trackers are kept up to date
- Ensure daily PO tracker is kept up to date
- Work closely with warehouse to ensure that products are delivered to clients on time and without errors
- Raise credit notes and manage stock returns from retailers
- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the main point of contact for all retailers
- Complete new line forms and adhoc admin requests from retailers
- Update and maintain retailer marketing sheets, price and product sheets, wholesale OOS documents and follow up accordingly
- Ensure all new product launch information is shared with existing retailers and collate all new launch orders
- Monitor retailer activity and highlight any opportunities for growth
Technical Skills
- Minimum one-year experience in Operations and Sales Admin
- Microsoft Office skills essential
- Ability to multi-task and be pro-active
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Commercial and Industry awareness
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
