Subscribe and Save by MZ SKIN is the most convenient way and consistent way to have all your favourite products at your fingertips. We automatically send your favourite products based on your chosen frequency. The service is easy to use and customisable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. Just tell us how often you want your products, and we’ll take it from there! Plus, receive 20% off on all subscription products.

You have complete control over your Subscription orders: you can update your details, remove products, cancel your subscription (after 3 delivery cycles) and change your payment method by simply visiting the “Subscription” section located within your account. Please note that once your order is placed, we are unable to make any guaranteed amendments. Enjoy the flexibility, convenience, and savings of your Subscription and never worry about running out of your favourites again!

Q. How do I join Subscribe and Save by MZ SKIN?

Joining the Subscription program is easy! You can do so while browsing on a product page.

To get started:

  1. Select the Subscribe and Save option for your desired product.
  2. Choose your preferred delivery frequency from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click SUBSCRIBE NOW and enjoy 20% off your favourite products.

Q. How can I make changes to my subscription?

Cancel a skin Subscription by item:

  1. To cancel a Subscription by item, visit the “Subscription” section within your account.
  2. Under the ‘Subscription Totals’ section click on the “X” right next to the subscription item you wish to cancel.
  3. Your subscription for that item will be cancelled and this item will no longer be sent to you, provided that the cancellation was requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled shipment date.

Shipping address changes:

  1. To change your shipping address visit the “Subscription” section within your account.
  2. Click on the ‘Change Address’ button in the actions section.
  3. Update your address and you should receive your order on the updated address provided that the cancellation was requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled shipment date.

Change your Payment Method:

  1. To change your payment method visit the “Subscription” section within your account.
  2. Click on the ‘Change Payment’ button in the actions section.
  3. Update your payment method and your next order should be charged on your updated payment method, provided that the change was requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled billing date.

Cancel a Subscription:

  1. To cancel a Subscription by item, visit the “Subscription” section within your account.
  2. Click on the ‘CANCEL’ button in the actions section.
  3. Your subscription will be cancelled, and you will no longer receive your items, provided that the cancellation was requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled shipment date.

Q. How do I add items to a current subscription?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Visit the product page of the item you want to add.
  3. Select the “Subscribe and Save” option.
  4. Click on “Already have a subscription? Add to it.”
  5. Your existing subscription will open, and after confirming the details, click on ‘ADD TO SUBSCRIPTION.’
  6. Complete the order as usual and your new product will be included in your next subscription cycle.

Q. How will I know if an item in my subscription has been discontinued or is out of stock?

Discontinued Items:

-If an item in your subscription is discontinued, you will receive an email notification.

-The discontinued item will be removed from your account, and the subscription for that item will be cancelled.

-Alternatively, we may offer you a reformulation product option to update your subscription.

Out-of-Stock Items:

-If an item becomes temporarily out of stock, our customer care team will contact you promptly.

-We will pause charges temporarily until the product is back in stock.

-Once the item is available, we’ll notify you, process the charge, and promptly send the product your way.

Terms & Conditions

By placing this order, you agree to the terms and conditions for the Subscribe & Save program by MZ SKIN and authorise us to charge you on future orders at the frequency and quantity selected. You understand that you can only cancel your subscription after the minimum commitment period of 3 delivery cycles. Subscription items will ship automatically until you cancel. The actual cost of each order may vary depending on the prices and promotions then in effect, quantity, and frequency of shipment.
