Our planet is precious, and we are focussed on creating a positive impact on the environment. Sustainability has always been and continues to be at the heart of our philosophy. Each product and formulation has been thoroughly thought through to be as sustainable as possible at its time of creation. This is through conscious formulations that are free from harmful ingredients and ensuring the most sustainable choices for our products, packaging and shipping materials.
We believe that ‘Less is More’ is not only for packaging and production, but also for an effortless, no fuss skincare regime. Our collection contains multifunctional formulations that are consciously created – we only use active ingredients that benefit the skin or support the efficacy of our high-performance products. Rather than focussing on an ingredient’s synthetic or natural status, we select them based on effective results, long term benefits to the skin and their safety profile. Our products are free from parabens, silicones, GM ingredients, sodium lauryl sulphates, and phthalates, and we are committed to formulating our collection with safety, transparency and education at the forefront.
Wherever possible, we use recyclable materials and minimal plastic. Our glass products can be washed and recycled, face masks are biodegradable, and their protective sheets can be recycled. And lastly, our external packaging cartons are sourced from sustainable European forestry and come with full FSC certification. They are printed using vegetable-based inks and varnished with water-based coatings. The gold, red and pink foil blocking has zero effect on the recyclability of the carton at the end of its life and it can enter normal recycling waste streams without any issues. They are also biodegradable and compostable. We are also actively engaging resources to incorporate post-consumer materials and ocean-bound plastic into production.
As we continue to strive to be as sustainable as possible we will always welcome feedback and suggestions. To do so please email [email protected].
